Yoga Class Props
Yoga Mat by Yoga Matters
I recommend Yoga Matters mats to all my students – they are a great price for a long lasting, comfortable yoga (sticky) mat.
Yoga Mat by Lifeforme
I love my Lifeforme mat. It’s heavy so I only use it at home, and it’s very grippy.
Yoga Block by Yoga Matters
I have two of these lovely quality yoga blocks. They are great props for bringing the ground up closer in many yoga postures.
Yoga Belt by Yoga Matters
A belt is useful for some yoga postures, and these ones are a nice quality.
Louise Hay Affirmation Cards
I use these in some of my 7am Morning Reset Zoom Yoga classes. There are 64 cards with positive phrases on the front and back of each. Affirmations are a powerful tool that can help shift us into a more postitive mindset.
Yoga Cards (Beginner) by WorkoutLabs
These cards help you learn more about beginner yoga postures. They include Sanskrit names, illustrations, alignment cues and written instructions.
Yoga Cards (Intermediate) by WorkoutLabs
These cards help you learn more about intermediate yoga postures. They include Sanskrit names, illustrations, alignment cues and written instructions.
Morning Person Products
Cacao Powder by Naturya
I drink this cacao blended into cool almond milk every morning for an energy and mood boost before leading my 7am Morning Reset Zoom Yoga classes.
Logitech Brio Ultra HD Webcam
I use the Logitech Brio for all my videoing. It is amazing quality and value, and I can use the wider field of view for my relatively small recording space.
Rode Wireless Go Microphone
This is the wireless mic I use in my 7am Morning Reset Zoom Yoga. It clips on my clothes and works really well for yoga teaching. You also need an SC7 cord. Please note Rode now have a mic that is even better value – see below.
Raleno Softbox Light
I use two of these softbox lights (plus my ring light below) when I record or teach yoga on Zoom. The softbox lights are not essential, but do reduce shadows on the wall behind me.
Neewer Ring Light
This ring light is behind my webcam, and provides a very bright light for my 7am Morning Reset Zoom Yoga classes. This one light alone would be enough for good quality video recording.
