This Saturday morning Yoga Flow is a dynamic yet approachable practice that blends strength, balance, flexibility and mindful movement — designed to energise your body without leaving you wiped out for the rest of the day.
It’s ideal if you already have some basic yoga experience and enjoy a class that feels more flowing and physically engaging than a gentle or beginner session — while still moving at a steady, unhurried pace.

Hi, I’m Sharon.
With over 20 years of personal yoga practice, I was drawn to teaching through the strong yet mindful flow styles of Travis Eliot and Lauren Eckstrom. Their approach showed me how yoga can build strength, tone and flexibility without losing the sense of calm and presence that first drew me to yoga.
Through practising Yoga Flow, I not only became physically stronger and more mobile, but also noticed a real reduction in stress, improved joint health, and a deeper feeling of steadiness and ease — both on and off the mat.
Since completing my teacher training, I’ve continued to develop my teaching through further study in sequencing and a range of yoga styles, allowing me to offer classes that feel both thoughtfully structured and supportive.

How does it work?
Step 1: Book your place
Click ”Book Single Class’ or ‘Join Monthly’ and complete your booking. Your first class is £6 — just enter code FLOWTRIAL6 at checkout.
Step 2: Check your email
You’ll receive a booking confirmation from OfferingTree (please check your spam folder just in case). If you join on a monthly subscription, I’ll also send you a personal welcome email within 48 hours.
Step 3: Come along on Saturday morning
Arrive 5–10 minutes early at River Beach Primary School and bring a slip-resistant yoga mat (York Rd, Littlehampton, BN17 6EW).
What to expect in Yoga Flow with Sharon
This class is energising yet mindful, designed to help you move with intention, build strength, and stay connected to your breath — without rushing.
A typical class includes:
🌿 Grounding in Child’s Pose or easy seated, to connect with breath and centre yourself
🌅 A short, gentle warm-up flow to mobilise the spine and wake up the core and muscles
🌞 Standing flows to build strength, stability and flexibility
💪 Energising sequences with balance work, core activation and slow, controlled transitions
🧘♂️ Cooling down with deeper stretches, allowing the body to release and soften.
✨ Savasana (final relaxation), giving you time to absorb the benefits of your practice.
Refund & Subscription Pause Policy
Refunds:
Single classes: You can cancel up to 24 hours before the class for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Monthly subscriptions: You can cancel at any time — either directly through OfferingTree, or by emailing me and I’ll take care of it for you.
Subscription pauses:
Holiday closures: Subscriptions automatically pause during scheduled breaks (for example, over Christmas).
Annual pause: You’re welcome to request a one-off 2-week pause per calendar year for holidays or personal commitments.
Need a longer break? You can cancel at any time. Your reserved space remains yours until the end of your current billing cycle.

When and where are the classes?
Classes run on Saturdays, 9:30–10:30am at River Beach Primary School (York Rd, Littlehampton, BN17 6EW).
How physically demanding is this class?
This class is energising but not fast-paced. You’ll move at a steady, breath-focused rhythm, building strength, balance and flexibility without rushing. Options are offered, and you’re encouraged to rest whenever you need.
Do I need experience with this style of yoga?
Some general familiarity with yoga is helpful — for example, being comfortable with poses such as Downward Facing Dog and Warrior poses.
Will this class help me lose weight?
This is not a weight loss programme. However, regular yoga can support strength, mobility, energy levels and overall well-being.
What if I have an injury or medical condition?
If you have an injury or medical condition, please check with your doctor before attending. While I offer options where possible, this class is not designed for injury rehabilitation.
What should I bring?
Please bring a slip-resistant yoga mat and a water bottle. Yoga blocks are used in class — you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely. Fitted tops and bottoms work best for flowing sequences.
How is this different from your Beginner Friendly Yoga classes?
My Beginner Friendly Yoga classes are suitable for all levels, with longer warm-ups and simpler transitions. Yoga Flow is more dynamic, with stronger sequences, more balance work, and a greater focus on building strength and stability — while still moving mindfully and with control.
Is there a refund policy?
Single classes: Cancel up to 24 hours before class for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Monthly subscriptions: You can cancel future payments at any time — either through OfferingTree or by emailing me and I’ll handle it for you.
Can I pause my monthly subscription if I’m away?
Yes. You can request a one-off pause of up to 2 weeks per calendar year. Scheduled holiday closures (for example, Christmas) are automatically paused — no action needed. If you’ll be away longer, you can cancel and rejoin when you’re ready.
